14th February, 2012 marked the six year anniversary of the 'pop-punk' Baltimore band All Time Low, with four albums under their sleeves they have left a remarkable imprint on their worldwide fan base.

Their latest album 'Dirty Work' which was released on the 7th June 2011 (UK) had caused much controversy through out the fan base and their critics, suggesting that the band had 'sold out' to gain a higher popularity rating across the board. The idea of selling out was also linked to their new label - Interscope Records (signed 15th July 2009) which also deal with artists and bands such as U2, Black Eyed Peas and 50 Cent who are known globally for their hit singles and continued success in the music industry.

With the majority of their fan base, also known as 'hustlers' sticking by the band it was established that their music was simply developing and growing up. All time low were able to reach 1st position on the 'US Billboard Alternative Albums' and 'US Billboard Rock Albums' making similar success in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and Japan.
Continuing to this was the release of the bands first single 'I Feel Like Dancing' (15th April 2011) an upbeat song that when performed live would cause the crowd to go crazy. The video behind this song was essentially laughing at the rumors of selling out showing a pushy music producer using stereo typical trick of the trade to win their popularity. You can watch the video for 'I Feel Like Dancing' here.
A few months after this followed another single release, this time 'Forget About it' with scenes from their previous US tour including scenes of the boys performing on stage and what they get up to on days off. This was released on the 15th August 2011 the video can be seen here.
Two more videos were released after this entitled 'Time Bomb' and 'Merry Christmas Kiss My Ass'. 'Time Bomb' was seen as a more serious music video for the band, with scenes involving gun men and chase scenes, this was considered their most 'sensible' video yet which can be watched here. To give their fans a little boost and higher the excitement levels for the coming Christmas holidays, 'Merry Christmas Kiss My Ass' was a different approach to a normal music video. With the boys being not visually involved in the video a main character called 'Stuart' who is oddly a puppet has been said to represent the boys and how they behave. Joined by his office force, the video is set in a basic office carrying out a low budget Christmas works do, without giving the whole video away you can check it out here.

After performing their latest album on their UK tour (supported by We Are The In Crowd and The Maine) which happened this year from 12th January 2012 starting in Belfast and ending in London on the 4th February 2012, the boys have now returned back to the states for a break and then hit the road again in Canada for their next tour.

I wish them all luck and massive success for the future so they can become the big band they've dreamed about since they were teenagers.

Thanks for reading,

   Fagan x
